1. I'm addicted to buying art books and magazines, my most recent purchase is this and this.

2. I wear alot of dresses with big sunglasses.

3. Frankie magazine is a constant inspiration to me, because of it I now have vintage pillow cases and a white bedspread.

4. I drink too much coffee, but I put this down to living in Melbourne.

5. my favourite number is 3. I don’t know why, its just a nice number :-P

6. I really want to get more creative, in fact I started this blog as a way of being more creative on a daily/weekly basis.

SPOTTED: Erin Paisley

I spotted this on the Lisa Mitchell website (click for bigger view) and immediately thought of Erin Paisley-Strueber. Sure enough after doing some research it is indeed her work.

Erin would be up there with my favourite illustrators, I was so excited when I saw her as a featured artist in frankie....

Courtney Brims :: Solo Exhibition

I love the illustrations of Courtney Brims, first saw her work in Curvy5 and she is also in the latest YEN mag.


Her Solo Exhibition is currently on at Monster Children Gallery in Surry Hills. I wish she would exhibit in Melbourne :-(
