the disposable memory project are leaving disposable cameras around the world, people are picking them up, taking a few photos and passing them on, eventually returning home.
agree with you. that's a brilliant idea. it's like passing everyone's own experience on and the camera is a tool for connecting all travellers. I wish i can part of it too. :)
They had a similar thing at the Smirnoff Secret Party last year. We ended up getting our hands on one after a few people had had it before and finished off the roll, but we forgot to give it back, I still haven't developed it, mainly because I'm slightly worried what kind of pics are on there!
hey - thanks for the link to our project. to the people who commented and don't have a camera in your area, you can create your own cameras and register them with the project. we have cameras in over 30 countries at the moment, trying to get one in every country in the world! :)
this is one amazing idea! i agree it would be amazing to stumble across one of these cameras but i'd rather look at everyone elses beautiful pictures xxxx
a very cool project indeed! i think i found out about this from sophie takes pictures last time. i wish i find one of them! or maybe i should start one?
