Chicks and Bikes
08:40
(by Thomas Prior via Chicks and Bikes)I've been thinking about getting a bike. Maybe it will be incentive to actually exercise. I'm one of those people with an unused gym membership!!
PS. I received a camera from The Disposable Memory project as thanks for blogging about them. I've passed it on to my bestfriend who has taken it to the country to take some pictures. Then I'll get her to post it back to me so I can finish the film. I'll let you all know how the photos turn out !
PSS. I'm off to the secondhand bookstore today to find some classics, fun!!
hope your all having a nice weekend!

Get a Bike. I bought one and travel with it everywhere (I even bring it with me from country to country)! Right now it's locked up in my old apartments garage because it couldn't fit in the van when i moved. Gonna have to go and get it soon...

ReplyDeleteYou should definitely get a bicycle, the sights you can see are beautiful...I regret all the days I ever spent holed up in the metro! The photography project sounds like a dream, what joy it would be to find a camera full of film and ready to use...have fun!
ReplyDeleteBikes are wonderful! I had one when I lived in the States and rode it everywhere. Until I lost the lock and was too lazy to buy a new one, but still, it was great in the meantime!
ReplyDeleteNo way! My sister and I have been looking at bikes online. Gosh, how appealing it is, especially with a basket! Unfortunately, I'll have to find a way to afford such a thing for my lack of funds...or a job...ah.
ReplyDeleteIts funny because my husband and I are in the process of looking for bikes:)! Such a fun thing to do

Uh, I want a bike too. A pretty one. One that makes me want to take it out for a ride. Sadly, the ones that I like are the ones that I cannot afford. Damn, I have to find a compromise.

The light is absolutely stunning and magical, and oh so summery.
ReplyDeleteI just picked myself a very cute bike about a month ago! Apparently in Nepal 'old skool' is 'current skool'...it has a basket, mud guards and a very loud bell! I'm just trying to figure out how to cart it back to Australia...
