John Keats, the romantic poet, wrote the love poem “Bright Star” for his 18 year-old next door neighbour Fanny Brawne. This is the story of their first love.

I love Abbie Cornish and Ive been looking forward to this movie for so long!! It will be screening Nationally from 26th December and I have 5 double in-season passes courtesy of Hopscotch Films to giveaway.   3. Oh, me me me! When I was in Rome, I visited the residence where Keats died (now a museum dedicated to him and Shelley), as well as his grave in the Non-Catholic Cemetery. Both were rather moving. This movie sounds lovely!

  21. oh! you're going to love this movie!! the costume designer went to paris to buy the most beautiful fabrics, buttons and ribbons for Fanny. the movie is a feast of words and images...
