Hi it's Amanda from Here Comes the Sun again :)
Has anyone else noticed that a lot of these photographers who's pictures we enjoy are really really young? I seem to keep posting about girls who are 15, 16, 17 and so incredibly talented! Imagine how amazing their pictures will be in the years to come, if this is the kind of stuff they're capable of already!
Hope you are all having a lovely week :) I am quite enjoying this guest blogging business. It's nice to be a part of one of my favourite blogs for a few days. I wonder how Liss is doing on her travels!

These photos are amazing. I love it when people my age, and even younger, have such incredible talent. It's refreshing :)
ReplyDeleteOnce again, you have given me inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteAnd this time, from someone from my own country too, that I didn't know about!
Now I really need to do something with all this inspiration and get out there and photograph!
part of me gets very jealous when I see such talented work by such young people

I love your blog. So beautiful. :)
ReplyDeletehello, what a lovely blog!
ReplyDeleteMost definitely! The youth are not barred by long-ingrained habits, prejudices, blindness, etc. They also have rampant imaginations and indulge in their creativity the way older adults don't...or can't. I love these photos. What a great talent!
ReplyDeleteits amazing isnt it....
ReplyDeleteit also makes me feel old :)
I dream of being one day being soo good...
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing how young they are!
ReplyDeleteYoung and talented. Yes, quite. :)
ReplyDeleteSo incredibly beautiful, and for some reason I started playing Nick Cave's and Kylie Minogue's 'Where The Wild Roses Grow' in my head... seems like the perfect soundtrack for these haunting images...*swoons*
ReplyDeletei love these, but there's also a sort of ophelia-esque/ morbid quality to all of these girls face down into the ground. then again, life is at its most dramatic when a teenager. i miss being a teenager.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love the last two the best.

Well... i found your blog accidently and can't find the words. This is just wonderful! Great inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean! What a lucky generation to grow up with digital cameras. I remember being 15 and borrowing my mother's camera. I didn't want to experiment too much because it cost money to develope the film!
ReplyDeletethey are lovely. i think its pretty great that youngin's are getting out and creating such sweet things like this. its inspiring really

ReplyDeleteI love that last one!
ReplyDeleteIt is really quite amazing! I love the second pic on here!
ReplyDeleteI can see how some of the kids in my class (they are 8 and 9 years old) have an eye or interest for photography. I like to share photos with them and we talk about photography, just as we do with "more traditional" art.
(Secretly I just love photography much more than a Van Gogh painting!)
Beautiful photography! I especially like the one with the umbrella.
ReplyDeletethese are beautiful, they remind me of the virgin suicides.
ReplyDelete& the 2nd to last one is my favorite!
Amazing photo's!
