Pakayla Biehn :: double exposure series

Monday, January 30

Love these paintings by Pakayla Biehn's based on double exposure photographs.

Pakayla collaborated with photographers to recreate their work in paintings, including a few of my favourites Sabino Aguad,  Tamara Lichtenstein,  and Tanya Prilukova (who I blogged about here).

  1. Double exposure and hyper-realism are two of my favorite things, great to see them combined!

Thanks for posting them, I can't wait to look into this some more.
