wearing:  topshop map dress, Saben BFF Necklace, The Horse boots.

Last week was the half way mark for my pregnancy. Finally it feels like it is starting to speed up and I need to capture more pictures to remember this time. Amanda took these pictures of me whilst in New Zealand and I just love them! So far I've been able to fit into my own wardrobe and just rework it to suit the growing belly, but now I'm at a stage where jeans are getting uncomfortable and my clothes aren't fitting as well anymore. Winter I spent mostly in dresses and leggings or jeans and a top, but now the weather is warming up I'm going to need to rethink my maternity wardrobe! I spotted this gorgeous map dress at The Department store (a must visit in Auckland if you love New Zealand designers, as I do.) and was excited to not only be my first topshop piece but also something that will get wear through my pregnancy and after too.

I'm getting so excited for this baby to arrive, I've started to feel the first regular movements, before that I wasn't too sure if it was the baby or not though the midwives said I would of been feeling baby from about 18 weeks. Sickness wise I have been lucky to be free from that since 12 weeks, fingers crossed it stays gone.

It seems so many people are pregnant right now and I'm seeing baby bellies everywhere! (or it could just be the fact I'm noticing it more and wondering how many weeks is she, am I the right size for 20 weeks?) Some bloggers are also expecting, like Tabitha Emma, Fat Mum Slim, and Her Library Adventures. It's so nice to follow their journey too.

  4. You look beautiful & I'm sure you are the right size for you. I've gotten everything from, you look like you could pop any minute to, I can't even tell you are pregnant, both of which have the remarkable ability to sound offensive.

  8. So so lovely Liss. And how about those The Horse boots. I'm so sad that I missed out on my favourites (The Elsie) - size 38 is a bit too popular. Loving your journey and reminiscing :)
